I love to co-create and hold spaces where people can explore complexity, learn from each other, and turn ideas into meaningful action. Alongside facilitation, I design and develop learning materials and formats that translate innovation, transformation, and leadership into practical, engaging experiences.
My expertise and background lays in Integrated Design (University of Arts Bremen), Design Thinking (HPI), a specialisation in Speculative Design, and further training in Consent and Leadership (Consent Academy).
